The CTWK format is used to store tweak data in Metroid Prime, which allows the modification of lots of small things like the amount and type of damage each weapon does, the Hard Mode damage multiplier, etc. Each CTWK file is essentially a data dump, so there's no real structure.

Documenting what tweaks are available in which files. Also, see talk page.
This file format needs a lot of research
Someone needs to figure out what each tweak does, which unfortunately can only really be done either through trial and error or by disassembling the game.
